In the construction of the facility, the Investor undertook to build the facility using the most modern construction technology and the installation of the highest quality first-class materials to meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
We especially emphasize that we additionally focused on the comfort of the users by increasing the floor heights for the users to get the airiness and luxury of the room.
Concrete construction is cast according to the principle of the modern approach of the skeletal AB system, which has become the standard in modern buildings around the world.

Facade walls are built using thermal blocks that, according to their characteristics, provide the best thermal and acoustic insulation, all to achieve the most comfortable environment. The outer glass fences are partially transparent.

The facade of the building is insulated with the use of stone wool. The final facade consists of segments made of demit facade and segments made of the ventilated facade, according to the project and the design of the architect.

The facade joinery installed at the Ruj Residence & Spa complex is premium quality aluminum joinery with a three-layered glass of high-quality sound and thermal performance. Considering the performance as well as the choice of the manufacturer, we are sure that the joinery that we install on our facility can be ranked among the highest quality joinery that the housing market can offer.

Partition walls are made according to the system of dry construction, adopted according to the book of standards of the Contractor called “Premium Wall,” which provides the best sound and thermal insulation for buildings for this purpose. Special emphasis was placed on the maximum reduction of lateral sound transmission.

The entrance doors are covered with oak veneer. Room doors contain hidden hinges, a magnetic lock, and a filling of extruded plywood, which significantly reduces the sound transmission.

The planned bathrooms are derived according to the “Walk in shower” system, i.e. a line drainage channel from renowned manufacturers. The batteries are of modern design designed for easy maintenance, high glossy as well as optimal water consumption from world-renowned first-class manufacturers, such as: “Grohe, Hansgrohe, Ideal Standard” and the like. The most modern water heaters from the manufacturer Ariston are planned.
